ם Saturday Night
A panic attack is an episode of severe anxiety and dread. The symptoms include palpitations, shortness of breath, and chest pain. There may be dizziness, sweating, numbness or tingling, and shaking. This is an extremely frightening experience, with the person being afraid that he or she is going to die.
From Wikipedia:
Experiencing a panic attack is said to be one of the most intensely frightening, upsetting and uncomfortable experiences of a person’s life. Sufferers of panic attacks report a fear or sense of dying, “going crazy”, or experiencing a heart attack or “flashing vision”, feeling faint or nauseous, or losing control of themselves.

Unless I’m misinterpreting this post, your tweet on 07/27 makes a lot more sense. The preceding one said something about sunburnt feet. I figured they probably weren’t too closely related.

Are you suffering from panic disorder?
If so, this is something with which I have much experience; subsequently, I have accumulated a wealth of knowledge and helpful preventative and immediate methods of treatment.
If not, why joke about panic attacks?
You know, 30% of women over the age of 25 develop mild to crippling panic disorder.
Yes, if you have a panic attack, you are, ipso facto, a girl. But that doesn’t mean I’m not willing to help, Captain Sissypants.
